A Glimmer of Hope

Founded in 2000 by Donna and Philip Berber, A Glimmer of Hope is a non-profit organization with the mission to improve lives in Ethiopia, focusing on eliminating poverty through an integrated and community-led approach. With over 10,000 completed projects and $110 million invested, the company has contributed significantly to income stability, education and healthcare in rural Ethiopian communities, positively impacting over 5 million lives. The company's operations are fully funded by their endowment, allowing all donations to be directly applied to on-the-ground projects in Ethiopia.
