Massachusetts Trial Court

The Massachusetts Trial Court, established in 1978, is responsible for providing justice by delivering fair, timely, and high quality resolution of disputes. It is comprised of seven court departments with over 100 court locations across the state of Massachusetts. It is committed to the administration of justice via efficient and effective use of resources, maintaining public trust and confidence in the courts, and continually enhancing its services to better serve the public.
